The Castle
A huge studio, light and airy with fully opening windows, steel columns & exposed red brick walls, with a separate green room or production office.

Location second floor of the building (with lift access)
Rates 5-day week £1100, 6-day week £1300, or £220 per day.
Exclusive use an extra £200 per week subject to availability
Please note loos, including the disabled access loo is situated on the floor below, accessible via lift or stairs.

Location Second floor. no wheelchair access currently.

Rates 5-day week £1800, 6-day week £2000, weekends £300 a day.

The Herd
A huge multi-faceted, open plan space comprising of the entire floor of the building with two kitchens, two toilets & one accessible toilet.
There are 3 light filled rehearsal spaces decreasing in size & 3 production offices including a perfect costume/design room or table work/meeting room.

Location First floor of the building (with lift access)
Rates 5-day week £1800, 6-day week £2100, £360 a day.
Exclusive use an extra £350 per week.
